You guide Associates and Associate Directors structuring proposals and analyzing lending risks. Your work supports clients typically borrowing more than $25 million across complex commercial portfolios.Key Responsibilities:
Manage credit and operational risk across specialized commercial loan portfoliosAnalyze complex, structured, and multi-lender financing proposalsAssess due diligence and approve credits within delegated limitsReview loan agreements and related credit documentationCoach Associates and Associate Directors on risk evaluationRequirements:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in businessRelevant professional designation acceptedAt least five years of relevant experienceCredit analysis, relationship management, or commercial credit management experienceAnalytical, credit structuring, coaching, and negotiation skillsBring sound credit judgment, relationship management, and coaching expertise to TD’s commercial credit leadership team in Toronto.
