Remote Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a remote professional. Focus on defining architecture for CRM capabilities including Field Service and Case Management.

This role demands extensive experience, specifically over eight years with enterprise CRM solutions. You’ll provide architectural guidance while ensuring alignment of business needs, system design, and implementation. You'll oversee various domains, creating scalable and secure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: • Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics CRM • Design functional and technical architecture documentation • Map business requirements to Dynamics configurations and customizations • Manage project plans and assist in sprint planning • Conduct fit-gap analysis on current vs. future-state processes

Requirements: • 8+ years enterprise CRM solutions experience • B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field • Deep knowledge in Dynamics for Sales and Customer Service • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform components • Experience with Azure services for integrations
