Greenhill Canada seeks a first- or second-year Investment Banking Associate for its generalist M&A advisory team. You will support buy-side, sell-side, and other strategic mandates across diverse industries. The work combines company research, transaction analysis, client materials, and relationship support within Mizuho Americas Corporate and Investment Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research
• Develop valuation models for companies and merged entities
• Prepare technical client presentations and transaction materials
• Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and execution
• Assist senior bankers with client relationships and idea generation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years’ relevant experience
• Experience executing M&A transactions and managing processes preferred
• Ability to synthesize information and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, judgment, creativity, and teamwork skills
