Our client is a busy, well established CPG manufacturing company. This is a part of the SLT and will report to the CEO as a VP Operations and Supply Chain in the Vancouver area.

Our client is a busy, well established CPG manufacturing company. This is a part of the SLT and will report to the CEO as a VP Operations and Supply Chain in the Vancouver area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction for all production planning, scheduling, and commercialization processes to achieve optimal efficiency and margin performance.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (CFIA and related).
- Direct long-term strategies for equipment lifecycle management, facility investment, and process optimization.
- Govern quality assurance systems
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies that optimize cost, agility, and service performance.
- Oversee strategic supplier partnerships, contract governance, and value creation initiatives across procurement and logistics.
- Embed health, safety, and environmental accountability across all functions
- Mentor and empower functional leaders to develop future-ready teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field is required
- 8-10+ years in senior operations leadership within manufacturing (CPG, food, beverage, cannabis or related)
- Proven track record in strategic planning, P&L management, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and ethical sourcing initiatives is an asset
