L’équipe Marketing Café est à la recherche d’un ou d’une stagiaire en marketing hautement motivé·e et collaboratif·ve afin de soutenir le portefeuille des marques sous licence et de contribuer à l’excellence de l’exécution au sein de l’entreprise Café. Ce rôle offre une occasion unique d’acquérir une expérience concrète à l’intersection du marketing, de l’omnicanal, des ventes, de la gestion de la croissance des revenus (RGM) et des partenaires d’agences externes.

À titre de contributeur ou contributrice clé, vous aiderez à renforcer la collaboration interfonctionnelle, à cerner les occasions de croissance et à soutenir le développement d’outils et de processus évolutifs qui améliorent l’exécution en magasin auprès des détaillants. La personne retenue jouera un rôle important dans l’avenir du marchandisage Café et de l’exécution des outils au point d’achat (POP) au Canada.

Quart de travail / Horaire

• Mode hybride; 3 jours au bureau
• Du lundi au vendredi

Responsabilités principales :

• Analyser les présentoirs et les exécutions en magasin actuels pour cerner les meilleures pratiques, les écarts et les occasions d’amélioration.
• Évaluer les processus actuels de développement des outils POP afin de repérer les inefficiences et de recommander des améliorations.
• Évaluer les formats de présentoirs, les exigences des détaillants et les occasions de marchandisage afin de déterminer les meilleures stratégies d’exécution.
• Recueillir des renseignements et formuler des recommandations pour renforcer la stratégie omnicanale Café et l’excellence de l’exécution.
• Créer un cadre stratégique pour sélectionner et développer des solutions POP et de présentoirs en fonction des objectifs liés à la marque, aux consommateurs, aux détaillants et aux campagnes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes omnicanales, les ventes, la RGM et les fournisseurs externes afin de cerner et d’évaluer des solutions de marchandisage efficaces.
• Développer un guide complet POP et présentoirs Café afin de soutenir l’évolutivité à long terme dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise Café.
• Soutenir les initiatives d’essai et d’apprentissage au sein du portefeuille des marques sous licence afin d’optimiser les futures stratégies d’exécution Café.

Les éléments du programme de stage LEAP comprennent :

• Participer à des projets novateurs et collaborer avec les équipes afin d’acquérir de l’expérience dans un environnement dynamique, interfonctionnel et au rythme rapide.
• Bénéficier du soutien d’un mentor pour favoriser votre développement professionnel.
• Participer à des rencontres et à des dîners-conférences avec des membres de la direction de KDP et d’autres leaders de l’organisation.
• Recevoir de la formation en développement professionnel, notamment sur le réseautage, le développement des compétences professionnelles et les présentations.
• Mener un projet du début à la fin et le présenter, ainsi que vos apprentissages, à votre équipe, à votre service et à des hauts dirigeants afin de mettre en valeur votre travail et son impact sur l’entreprise.

Exigences :

• Être actuellement aux études dans un programme de baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Être bilingue en anglais et en français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
• Résider dans la région de Montréal.
• Posséder de solides compétences en PowerPoint et en création de présentations.
• Démontrer d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, en collaboration et en organisation.
• Faire preuve d’initiative, d’un esprit proactif et d’une grande attention aux détails.
• Avoir la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités et de travailler efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
• Avoir un intérêt pour les biens de consommation emballés, le marketing de détail, le marketing auprès des consommateurs et le marchandisage.

Overview

The Coffee Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Marketing Intern to support the Licensed Brands portfolio and help drive executional excellence across the Coffee business. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working at the intersection of Marketing, Omni, Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and external agency partners.

As a key contributor, you will help strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, identify growth opportunities, and support the development of scalable tools and processes that enhance in‑store execution across retailers. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the future of Coffee merchandising and point‑of‑purchase (POP) execution in Canada.

Shift / Schedule

• Program Dates: January 4 – April 30, 2027
• Location: Montréal, QC
• Hybrid; 3 days in office
• Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current Coffee displays and in-store executions to identify best practices, gaps, and opportunities.
• Assessing existing POP development processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Evaluating display formats, retailer requirements, and merchandising opportunities to determine optimal execution strategies.
• Gathering insights and developing recommendations to strengthen Coffee Omni strategy and executional excellence.
• Creating a strategic framework for selecting and developing POP and display solutions based on brand, shopper, retailer, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborating with Omni, Sales, RGM, and external vendors to identify and evaluate effective merchandising solutions.
• Developing a comprehensive Coffee POP & Display Playbook to support long‑term scalability across the Coffee business.
• Supporting test‑and‑learn initiatives within the Licensed Brands portfolio to help optimize future Coffee execution strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Based in the Montreal area.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in consumer packaged goods, retail marketing, shopper marketing, and merchandising.
