Remote Managing Director — Growth & P&L Leader

Valsoft

Edelweiss Software Group, a Valsoft operating unit, seeks a Managing Director to own the P&L, set strategic direction, and drive profitable growth across its software portfolio. This is a remote, hands-on leadership role reporting to the Managing Partner, with autonomy and support from Valsoft’s investment model and global network.

You will define the strategy for the next phase, evolve the operating model, sharpen the go-to-market engine, and bring new products to market while building a
