Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Load windows, doors, and related materials onto outbound trailers with a high level of care to prevent damage.

• Unload incoming linehaul trailers, verifying product counts and inspecting for damage.

• Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

• Stage and organize products for efficient distribution and delivery.

• Assist delivery drivers with unloading products at customer sites.

• Ensure safe handling of all materials during delivery.

• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.

• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols at all times.

• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas.

• Accurately complete required paperwork, scanning, or documentation for inbound/outbound shipments.

• Participate in cycle counts, inventory checks, and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, or material handling experience preferred.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 Pounds) consistently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Ability to read and understand shipping paperwork, labels, and basic instructions.

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to ride along on delivery routes required.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.

• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy items.

• Use of PPE required (gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.).
