Excavation's done and checked. Forms and rebar on site. Pump scheduled. Our laborers help stage materials. Your crew forms, pours, and strips. We handle coordination.
THE SETUP:
- Slab-on-grade and frost walls
- Same foundation design each building
- All materials and equipment arranged
- Clear engineered drawings
- Fixed price per foundation
EXAMPLE MONEY:
- Scheduled for 5 days, done in 4?
- Full price plus efficiency bonus
- Paid within 3 days of completion
