Facility Operations Manager Bgis

Lead facility operations for BGIS while applying technical knowledge, safety oversight, and client communication across visible building sites.As Facility Manager II, you will own activity across one or multiple properties totaling 500,000 to one million square feet. You will collaborate with BGIS departments, clients, tenants, and technical teams to operate buildings safely, cost effectively, and efficiently. The work includes building systems, work orders, budgets, vendors, and occupant experience.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee facility operations across multiple properties and tenantsMaintain technical systems, maintenance schedules, and asset integrityManage work orders, timelines, priorities, and associated costsCoordinate client, tenant, vendor, and BGIS communicationsDevelop budgets and monitor financial performanceRequirements:
Five to ten years in property or facility managementStrong technical knowledge and building standards understandingExcellent people management and communication skillsStrong analytical, planning, organization, and negotiation skillsStrong computer skills and customer focusBring facility operations leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication to BGIS buildings and client contracts.
