Senior Water Wastewater Structural Designer

Design water and wastewater infrastructure with Jacobs using Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and BIM coordination across Ontario’s hybrid work model.As a Senior Structural Designer, you will support municipal and industrial facilities, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment plants. You will develop structural models and construction documentation through conceptual, preliminary, detailed, tendering, and construction phases. Collaboration spans structural engineering, project management, and multidisciplinary design teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop BIM models and structural drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStationPrepare plans, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentationCoordinate designs across process, civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplinesProduce contract and construction packages from calculations, sketches, and markupsReview quality, mentor designers, and support construction-phase activitiesRequirements:
Diploma or degree in civil, structural, architectural, or engineering technologyMinimum 10 years of structural design and drafting experienceAdvanced Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and BIM execution proficiencyExperience with concrete, steel, masonry, and foundation systemsStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and coordination skillsApply structural drafting expertise, BIM coordination, and infrastructure design experience to Jacobs water projects across Ontario.
