Job Summary
El gerente de producto de la línea de Sistema Nervioso Central es el responsable de realizar y ejecutar los planes de marketing y proyectos de la línea, así como el óptimo manejo del portafolio y atención a la fuerza de ventas.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsable del P&L de la línea
- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de precio de la línea
- Desarrollar e implementar el marketing plan anual para las marcas
- Incrementar la participación de mercado de las marcas a través de la activación de las estrategias y tácticas
- Definir, actualizar y optimizar el pronóstico de ventas por producto realizando análisis regulares con el equipo de cadena de suministro y fuerza de ventas
- Analizar regularmente el desempeño de la fuerza de ventas, competidores y oportunidades de mercado para validar o modificar los planes anuales.
- Desarrollar materiales y herramientas útiles para la fuerza de ventas cada ciclo
- Realizar salidas a campo regulares con la fuerza de ventas
- Seguimiento al proceso de lanzamiento de nuevos productos relevantes y desarrollo en tiempo del marketing plan de lanzamiento.
- Coordinar y participar en eventos académicos, de la industria y de clientes para generar y/o consolidar buena relación con los líderes de opinión.
- Acatar el código de ética de Apotex en todas las actividades
Job Requirements
- Requisitos o preferencias educativas :
- Licenciatura terminada: Marketing, Administración o afín.
- Deseable posgrado o maestría en ciencias económico-administrativas.
- Los conocimientos, las destrezas y las habilidades:
- Inglés Avanzado
- Marketing
- Habilidad de comunicación
- Análisis de mercado
- La experiencia laboral :
- 3 años como gerente de producto en la industria farmacéutica con medicamentos de prescripción.
- Deseable experiencia con productos de Sistema Nervios Central
