Experienced Lawyer for Risk Management

Key Responsibilities: • Support the General Counsel on compliance and ethics issues • Update risk management-related policies and guidelines • Provide legal advice to firm leadership • Review vendor contracts and compliance documents • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda

Requirements: • Licensed LLB/JD with 5+ years in risk management • Bilingual in English and French • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment • Proficient in legal research and writing • Familiar with professional conduct rules
