Position Overview

As a Family Physician in Leamington, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, continuous care to a diverse and appreciative patient population. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation in primary care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide variety of health conditions across all age groups

• Develop personalized treatment and management plans

• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests and imaging

• Provide preventive care, wellness guidance, and patient education

• Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant patient records

• Stay informed of the latest medical advancements and guidelines

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution

• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligibility to obtain

• Residency training in family medicine (or related discipline)

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
