Position Overview
As a Family Physician in Leamington, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, continuous care to a diverse and appreciative patient population. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on excellence and innovation in primary care delivery.Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a wide variety of health conditions across all age groups
Develop personalized treatment and management plans
Order and evaluate diagnostic tests and imaging
Provide preventive care, wellness guidance, and patient education
Coordinate care with specialists and allied health professionals
Maintain up-to-date and compliant patient records
Stay informed of the latest medical advancements and guidelines
Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution
Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligibility to obtain
Residency training in family medicine (or related discipline)
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused approach
