Our client, a dynamic and well-established company in the food industry located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is seeking a welcoming and professional individual to cover a short-term leave at their front desk. The team offers a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Warmly greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival. Answer incoming calls, screen them, and transfer them to the appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and shipments. Provide light administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation).
Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly reception area and meeting rooms.
QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative support role. Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills, courtesy, and a customer-service mindset. Punctual, reliable, and professional. Summary
