You’ll work closely with Treasury and Risk teams, aligning strategies with market opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design risk management strategies to mitigate exposures
- Optimize investment strategies per risk appetite
- Lead the creation and management of ALM models
- Conduct stress tests to assess market vulnerabilities
- Document and maintain adherence to ALM policies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
- 15+ years in ALM or risk management
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments
- Proficient in hedge accounting and risk strategies
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
