La mission du Revenue Operations Associate est de définir et d'exécuter une stratégie de transformation opérationnelle adaptée à nos clients afin de les aider à accroître leurs revenus, éliminer les silos entre leurs départements tout en priorisant l'efficacité et la responsabilité des équipes à travers la mise en place ou l'optimisation d'outils (CRM) et de processus.

La Mission
Au sein d'une squad RevOps, ta mission principale est de supporter et participer aux projets de transformation RevOps auprès de nos clients : optimiser les processus, piloter la donnée, former les équipes et garantir l'impact des solutions mises en place. Tu seras le support du manager et acteur de la réussite des missions.
Tu travailleras en tant que consultant junior au sein d'une équipe expérimentée, ce qui te permettra de monter rapidement en compétences sur l'ensemble de la stack Revenue Operations.

Responsabilités
- Optimisation des processus opérationnels et des outils
- Assister à l'audit et cartographie des process Revenue (Sales, Marketing, CS) de nos clients.
- Supporter la conception et le déploiement des solutions outillées : CRM, outils d'automation, reporting.
- Contribuer à la relation avec les parties prenantes (opérationnels, managers, IT).
- Suivre les plannings et la qualité des livrables.

- Participer à la collecte et structuration de données multi-sources (CRM, marketing, CS).
- Supporter la création de dashboards de pilotage.
- Contribuer à transformer les insights en recommandations opérationnelles.

- Assister à l'animation de sessions de formation auprès des clients.
- Participer à l'élaboration de guides et supports pédagogiques.
- Contribuer à la documentation des processus et meilleures pratiques.

- Bac+4/5 (business, ingénieur, université)
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en consulting, RevOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, gestion de projet ou transformation
- Intérêt marqué pour les outils CRM/SaaS et la data
- Capacité de travail en équipe, autonomie et proactivité
- Français courant, anglais professionnel apprécié
- Soif d'apprentissage et désir de progresser rapidement
