Community Nurse- Shift Nurse

We have over 24 Nursing Clinics across Ontario and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver care to the patients who need it the most. This is a Part-Time position. Hours of work are 8-hour shifts overnights within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and on-call work. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38 , and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37 , and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome. Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Current immunization record including 2 step TB test CarePartners In Your Community In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
