Electric Vehicle Automation Test Developer

Support Ford's mission for a fully electric future as an Automation Test Developer in the Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design team. This hybrid role emphasizes automated testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will develop automated testing scripts and tools in Python to ensure feature functionality in Ford’s electric vehicles. Your expertise in CI/CD systems and strong analytical skills will be essential to execute tests and perform results analysis. A minimum of three years' experience is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts in Python
• Analyze test results and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development teams on testing requirements
• Support ongoing solutions through bug fixes
• Innovate hardware automation solutions utilizing microcontrollers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Python and CI/CD
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and multi-threading
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
