We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in cloud-native application development, enterprise DevOps, and intelligent automation. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize containerized microservices, build automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and support high-availability cloud production systems. Working across full-stack Java/JEE technologies, modern front-end frameworks, and Microsoft low-code/RPA platforms, you will drive seamless system integration, rapid incident remediation, and scalable infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities
CI/CD & DevOps Engineering: Design, build, and administer automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps using Git, Docker, Maven, and Kubernetes to support continuous integration and deployment.

Microservices & API Development: Architect, develop, test, and containerize secure RESTful and SOAP APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Full Stack & UI Engineering: Build responsive, accessible front-end web interfaces using React or Angular, ensuring compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA).

Production Support & Infrastructure Optimization: Diagnose and resolve application deployment issues, monitor production cloud environments, implement automated recovery workflows, and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA).

Automated & Intelligent Workflows: Design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate (RPA), Logic Apps, and AI/Machine Learning models (e.g., Document Intelligence, Cognitive Search).

Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and performance test suites using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and JMeter.

Reporting & Data Visualization: Develop data integration pipelines and generate operational analytics reports using Power BI.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Author Solution Design Documents (SDDs), technical architecture runbooks, and conduct structured knowledge-transfer sessions for operational teams.

Qualifications
Java & Microservices Seniority: 10+ years of experience designing and developing secure RESTful/SOAP APIs and microservices using Java/JEE, Spring Framework, and SQL/NoSQL databases (Strictly Required).

DevOps & Container Orchestration: 5+ years of hands-on experience establishing CI/CD pipelines, containerizing applications, and managing orchestrations with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps (Strictly Required).

Production Support & Incident Response: Proven ability to rapidly diagnose production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and optimize infrastructure reliability (Strictly Required).

RPA & Low-Code Platform Experience: 5+ years of experience developing, testing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (RPA) and Logic Apps (Strictly Required).

Modern Web Development: Demonstrated experience building modern front-end web applications using React or Angular, JSON, HTML5, and CSS compliant with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.

Testing & API Tooling: Practical experience conducting automated, integration, and performance testing using Postman, SoapUI, or JMeter.

Nice-to-Have Assets:
Hands-on experience integrating AI, OCR, or Machine Learning services (such as Azure Document Intelligence or OpenAI).

Experience developing data visualizations and executive reports using Power BI.
