Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings, including pediatrics, acute care, and assisted living. If you are passionate about providing quality patient care and have a diverse nursing background, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home care environments- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team- Assist with medical procedures including phlebotomy and laboratory tests- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation- Ability to work in fast-paced environments such as acute care facilities- Familiarity with medication administration protocols- Previous experience in assisted living or nursing homes is a plus
- at least a bachelor's degree required
