Yard, Parts and Service Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Yard, Parts and Service Manager .
This is a key operational role responsible for managing the yard, parts inventory, and service coordination to ensure equipment availability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where autonomy, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Yard and Warehouse Management

• Operate a forklift and/or loader to load and unload parts and equipment

• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe

• Clean, prepare, and maintain equipment

Parts and Inventory Management

• Receive, ship, and inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance

• Organize, label, and optimize parts storage areas

• Maintain accurate inventory records for parts, supplies, and equipment

• Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to prevent shortages

• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures

Service Coordination and Operations

• Work closely with other departments to identify parts requirements and ensure on-time delivery

• Plan and coordinate work orders

• Perform light mechanical work to prepare units for demonstrations or rentals

• Manage warranty claims

• Follow up on customer orders and, over time, sell replacement parts directly to customers

Candidate Profile

• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated

• Comfortable in a hands-on, operational environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, mechanical or service roles (an asset)

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Forklift certification (an asset or training provided)
