We're hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Sales Associates. You'll meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, help them understand supplemental benefit options, and guide them through enrollment.

We'll train you from scratch with hands-on coaching and one-on-one mentorship. All you need is a **laptop**, a **quiet workspace**, and the drive to learn.

What You'll Do
- Learn clients' needs and recommend the right benefit solutions
- Meet with clients via scheduled virtual appointments
- Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through online enrollment
- Maintain accurate client records
- Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings
