Our market-leading client is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join their busy Operations department.
Role Objective
To support the field based engineers with their daily workloads ensuring they are able to attend clients premises prepared and well informed, thus ensuring the client is running smoothly according to our SLAs.
Key duties:
- Managing approximately 20-30 field based engineers
- Control of a geographical region
- Allocating engineers with their daily/weekly and monthly workloads
- Mainly dealing with emergency call outs, but also general maintenance/health checks
- Building excellent relationships with the engineers and clients
- Working closely with the Call Desk and Parts Team
- Route planing
- Meeting SLAs
- Problem resolution
- Prioritising workloads
- Administration
- Supporting other busy team members where possible
- Liaising with customers over the telephone, by email and letter
- Maintaining full lines of communication with the customer on the progress of their breakdown
- Using informed and educated judgment to bring a swift solution to ever changing priorities
- All business customers have Service Level Agreements in place and must therefore be met to achieve the customers standards
- The role will suit an individual who is highly organised, enjoys a fast paced, ever changing, problem-solving environment.
- Customers include; Hotels, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Leisure Parks, Schools etc.
- You must be IT literate: MS Office, word, excel, emails and bespoke databases
Hours of work:
Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm
