Cameco Corporation-Saskatoon
Working as a member in Camecos governance department, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to a broad range of governance and legal work in a global organization.
In this role, you will:-Assist with corporate governance and entity management activities relating to Camecos subsidiaries and strategic entities, including organizing and maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.
-Help develop and maintain processes, controls, and documentation to support effective entity governance practices.
-Conduct legal and governance research and prepare summaries and memoranda. Required:
-you are currently in your first year as a law student in university; and
-you must be returning to school for the academic semester following your work term with Cameco. This is a four month full-time temporary student term, starting May 2027 until end of August 2027. Interviews will take place in the week of November 16 - 20, 2026. Students will be notified if they are selected for an interview.
