Mining Epcm Project Director

Lead large mining EPCM projects at Fluor, applying project controls and technical judgment across international assignments. Travel domestically and internationally as required.As Project Director, you will manage overall delivery for large or mega-sized EPCM projects, or complex scopes within major projects. Fluor M&M supports mining clients across British Columbia, the United States, Argentina, Chile, and the European Union. You will direct multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, design, construction, and project close-out activities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead safe, quality, schedule, and cost-driven project executionEstablish safety plans and emphasize HSE throughout project phasesOversee integrated plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project controlsManage contracts, risks, issues, stakeholders, and communicationsCoordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teamsRequirements:
Minimum twenty-five years of related experienceMinimum fifteen years of project management or related experienceAccredited four-year degree or global equivalentSuccessful Project Director performance on a mining mega-sized projectStrong technical, contractual, commercial, and decision-making skillsBring mining project leadership, project controls, contract management, and multidisciplinary coordination to Fluor’s international EPCM assignments.
