Director Transformation Portfolio Governance

Lead transformation portfolio governance at Manulife in Toronto through investment prioritization, executive decision support, and disciplined delivery oversight. The hybrid arrangement supports enterprise visibility.As Director, Strategy & Transformation, you will strengthen Canada Segment capabilities across portfolio management, program governance, strategic planning, and executive communication. You will assess investments, challenge business cases, and translate complex information into recommendations. The work supports clearer accountability and measurable outcomes across strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead portfolio governance, prioritization, investment planning, and delivery oversightBuild transformation and broader PMO management capabilitiesPartner with Finance and leaders on multi-year portfolio planningProvide insights, recommendations, trade-offs, and performance reportingSurface risks, dependencies, and accountability across functionsRequirements:
10+ years in transformation, portfolio management, strategy, or governanceStrong executive communication and presentation skillsBusiness judgment for assessing cases, risks, dependencies, and trade-offsAbility to create executive-ready insights and recommendationsExceptional influencing skills;
bilingual English and French is an assetShape Manulife’s transformation portfolio through governance, analytical judgment, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership in Toronto.
