As a family-owned luxury jeweller, we specialize in custom jewellery, fine jewellery, jewellery repairs, appraisals, and luxury brands.

We are looking for a polished, relationship-driven Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional luxury shopping experience.

• Guide clients through their most important milestone and gift purchases with confidence and care.

• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate jewellery repairs, appraisals, and special orders while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

• Follow up with clients regarding orders, repairs, and special requests.

• Maintain accurate client records and client communications.

• Assist with merchandising, showroom presentation, and inventory organization.

• Help achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Represent the Farrah Fine Jewellers brand with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or another client-focused sales environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for creating memorable client experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A polished, professional appearance.

• Confidence working in a goal-oriented sales environment.

• Availability to work Saturdays.

• Jewellery experience is considered an asset but is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
