Controls Lead for Remote Installations

Pioneer automation strategies as a Controls Lead at Insight Global, specializing in Phase 1 execution and remote support. This position involves strategic travel to Sweden and deep customer interactions. In this long-term contract role, the Controls Lead will act as a primary technical interface for automation projects. You will own system-level understanding, lead remote installations, and provide hands-on support during the installation process. Your leadership will extend into orchestrating future project phases with integration teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Phase 1 activities at Cambridge locations
• Own understanding across PLCs, robotics, and vision systems
• Provide installation support in Sweden and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure effective communication with customer stakeholders
• Assist in stabilizing integration support during transitions

Requirements:

• Eligible for 10 CFR 810 clearance
• Travel capabilities to Sweden, Canada, and the US
• Extensive experience in automation leadership
• Proven ability to manage remote installations
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
