About the opportunity…
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer communications specifically:
- assist service advisors and BDC with welcoming guests to the service department
- move vehicles, checking vehicle KM's and next required service dates
- complete vehicle walk-around upon arrival
- arrange transportation for service customers when required
About you…
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling, including:
- 1 to 2 years proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a dealership Jr. Advisor role
- Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
- proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
- ability to sell vehicle maintenance
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
