As an Entry-level Customer Associate , you will support customer engagement across marketing campaigns and promotional activities. You will interact directly with customers, represent client brands, and help ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a people-focused and motivated individual looking to start a career in customer service, marketing, or client relations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers during marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Represent client brands professionally and maintain high service standards
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Assist with handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
- Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Share feedback and insights to improve customer experience and campaign performance
