General Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure high performance, engagement, and service excellence
- Monitor call volume, service levels, and team productivity to ensure operational targets are met
- Assist with handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex billing or service issues
- Oversee customer account management, including service setup, modifications, cancellations, and billing accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, dispatch, billing) to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide training, performance feedback, and ongoing development to team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency
What We Need From You
- Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume Customer Service experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
