- Serve as the key liaison to the Board regarding performance

- Oversee labor relations and collective bargaining processes
- Ensure effective financial management and project oversight
- Master’s degree in Health Administration or related discipline
- Five years of senior executive experience required
- In-depth knowledge of health care and long-term care
- Demonstrated experience in financial management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building expertise
