TF Energy Solutions is looking to hire a Cash Application Clerk based in Calgary, AB to cover up to 18 months of maternity leave.
The successful candidate should have strong communications skills, the attention to detail, be an excellent team player, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Scope of work:
- Ensuring prompt and accurate posting of cash receipts (credit card, EFT, wires and cheques)
- Research and follow-up with customers to obtain all the necessary information required to conclude any payment discrepancies.
- Manage unapplied cash reporting and reconciliation.
- Notifying and working with all company internal stakeholders on any discrepancies and resolve accordingly.
- Communicating on a regular basis with Accounts Receivable team members on cash application issues that may impact the weekly reporting.
What you bring:
- Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent
- Past experience in cash application and payroll.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
