Administering registration for food hampers for the Christmas Cheerboard in Winnipeg for those who are in receipt of income assistance by:
- Answering phone calls at a designated call centre
- Searching for participant information in a database to confirm eligibility
- Data entry; completing an online form on behalf of callers
- Providing information to callers on next steps/answer questions
- Customer service, with excellent oral communication skills
- Data entry
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with accuracy
- Working with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage time effectively
Offer conditional upon:
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check, and vulnerable sector search
- Child Abuse Registry Check,
- Adult Abuse Registry Check and
- Candidate must sign a declaration on the following:
