Do you have customer service experience, love talking to people, and have a desire to learn? Randstad is looking for a Recruiter to join our internal team! We are very open to junior profiles and those who are eager to learn the ropes. We will provide you with all the training you need to succeed, as well as the full equipment (computer and phone provided).

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities as a recruter :
- Proactively call talents to discuss their profiles and career goals.
- Conduct telephone screening interviews.
- Schedule and facilitate virtual interviews.
- Present job offers clearly to successful talents.
- Perform pre-employment background and reference checks.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist talents with their questions.

Qualifications

- Good computer and tech skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience (an asset).
