Business Analyst / Researcher / Operations Specialist

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

micro1 is seeking Business Analysts Researchers and Operations Specialists to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis research and operational reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business scenarios decisions and trade-offs.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
  • Analyze data using Excel SQL or similar tools.
  • Develop reports memos business cases and process documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
