Continuous Improvement Specialist at Bombardier

Join Bombardier as a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance operational efficiency through Lean Six Sigma methodologies in a flexible hybrid work environment. Together, we will empower teams with essential training strategies to maximize performance and align with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies effectively
Facilitate Kaizen events to achieve results
Conduct value stream analysis to eliminate waste
Develop training strategies with stakeholders

Requirements:

5 to 10 years in a manufacturing environment
Degree in Engineering or related field
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
Bilingual in French and English
Strong change management experience
