Senior Audience Growth Marketing Manager

Lead audience growth and integrated campaigns for The Globe and Mail in Toronto, using digital marketing and audience insights in a hybrid setting.
The Senior Marketing Manager shapes how new audiences discover The Globe’s journalism, journalists, and products. This Toronto-based leader spans audience development, brand marketing, content marketing, and product marketing. The role oversees campaigns supporting qualified traffic, trial, consideration, and digital subscription growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop paid and organic programs increasing qualified traffic and trial
- Improve content discoverability across social, video, and emerging platforms
- Plan integrated campaigns strengthening The Globe brand
- Lead product feature positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
- Analyze performance and audience behavior for optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- Seven or more years in audience or growth marketing
- Experience leading and developing a small team
- Proven success driving measurable audience growth supporting acquisition
- Understanding of digital behavior, distribution, platforms, and AI
- Experience leading data-informed campaigns across multiple channels
