Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hall Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Hall Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the hall, managing staff, and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the hall to ensure high standards of service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and transaction management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hall, including dining areas and kitchen facilities.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Support bartending operations as required, ensuring proper service of beverages.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems and food preparation processes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in team management or restaurant management is a plus.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in bartending is beneficial but not mandatory.
