Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator

Apply oncology expertise as a Clinical Nurse Educator with Inizio Engage Canada, delivering clinical education across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This field-based hybrid contract requires regular territory travel.

As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will educate oncology healthcare professionals on safe treatment implementation and therapy management. The 12-month contract may be renewed. Your work will support education for nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals through compliant scientific exchange. Oncology or hematology experience, presentation skills, and relationship building are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with oncology nurses, pharmacists, and allied professionals
• Deliver training on treatment administration and adverse event management
• Provide one-to-one, small-group, and formal educational presentations
• Gather and communicate field medical insights appropriately
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and approved cross-functional partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and active Registered Nurse licence
• Eight-plus years of professional experience required
• Two-plus years of post-graduate oncology experience
• Oncology or hematology experience required
• Regular territory travel and valid driver’s licence
