Lead enterprise AI architecture at Sun Life, shaping Generative AI and Agentic AI strategy across global operations in a hybrid model. Define standards, roadmaps, and governance for responsible scale.As Director, Domain Enterprise Architect, you will serve as Sun Life’s senior AI architecture authority. You will align AI investments with business and technology strategies while guiding executives, architects, platform leaders, Risk, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Data teams. The mandate covers artificial intelligence, machine intelligence, intelligent automation, and enterprise operating models.Key Responsibilities:
Define enterprise AI strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmapsEstablish standards, guardrails, reference models, and governance frameworksAlign investments and drive reuse across global business unitsAdvise executives on AI opportunities, risks, and investment planningAdvance Responsible AI, human oversight, privacy, and regulatory complianceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, AI, or related field10+ years of architecture leadership experience5+ years leading enterprise AI or related technology domainsExperience defining technology strategies and influencing senior executivesExpertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, platforms, and orchestration frameworksDirect Sun Life’s enterprise AI architecture with strategic leadership, governance expertise, executive influence, and measurable business outcomes.
