In this ongoing leadership position, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of analysts to develop self-service tools that enhance product development. Your hands-on involvement will include creating AI agents and defining production standards, all while pushing for the integration of essential data sources. This influential role shapes AI practices and drives operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain shared repositories and standards
- Develop AI agents for product analytics
- Define production and evaluation standards
- Address data gaps affecting analytics tooling
- Manage team governance for AI and compliance
- 4+ years of experience in analytics or related fields
- 2+ years of hands-on AI tooling experience
- Proven ability to scale infrastructure across teams
- Strong detail orientation with project management skills
- Familiarity with AI governance considerations
