Be the driving force as the Lead AI Engineer for EPAM's innovative TCO Agent Platform. Shape the future of FinOps with expert-level AI solutions in a cutting-edge environment.
As a technical lead, you’ll architect and orchestrate a groundbreaking FinOps AI platform managing 8 specialized agents in a multi-cloud ecosystem. Your role involves enforcing strict SOX compliance, implementing Zero Trust security models, and guiding an engineering team to deliver autonomous AI services. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and other technical leaders to innovate solutions that revolutionize financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement multi-agent architectures using Python and FastMCP
• Enforce financial guardrails for SOX processes and governance
• Architect Action Gateway for API and event-driven workflows
• Set coding standards and mentor engineering teams
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and best practices
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership
• Proficient in Python 3.11+, FastAPI, and cloud platforms
• Experience with Google ADK and Zero Trust security
• Familiar with Docker, CI/CD, and scalable architectures
• Leadership skills to coach and influence teams
