Hybrid Knowledge Management Specialist Role

Join Fujitsu Canada as a Knowledge Management Specialist and contribute to enterprise KM modernization. This full-time, hybrid position emphasizes SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 expertise. As part of the Fujitsu team, you will design workflows and manage content lifecycle for Knowledge Management systems. This role will involve developing effective metadata strategies, ensuring compliance, and engaging stakeholders for optimal KM processes and training. Your contributions will enhance the overall quality of knowledge assets. Key Responsibilities:

Create strategies for enterprise content management
Oversee content lifecycle from creation to archiving
Develop classification strategies for KM assets
Ensure adherence to governance and security protocols
Provide guidance on KM tools and user training

Requirements:

2-5 years in Knowledge Management and lifecycle management
Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools
Knowledge of DITA XML and structured documentation
Strong engagement and communication skills
Must reside in Greater Ottawa/Gatineau region
