Partner Sales Director at Ada

Lead partnership-driven revenue growth as a Partner Sales Director at Ada, an innovative AI customer service company. Drive co-selling strategies, empowering partners and sales teams for exceptional results. As a Partner Sales Director, you will play a critical role in developing and accelerating revenue through partnerships. With over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, you’ll execute co-sell motions and collaborate directly with AEs. Your ability to leverage CRM tools like Salesforce will be key in creating effective joint GTM plans and managing a dynamic partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Own the entire co-sell motion with AEs from concept to close
Develop and manage joint GTM plans with priority partners
Enhance marketplace revenue through AWS and Microsoft collaborations
Increase pipeline growth sourced from strategic partners
Maintain clean deal notes in Salesforce for tracking accuracy

Requirements:

7+ years in partnership roles, especially B2B SaaS
Proven record executing co-sell motions
Experience with Salesforce and partner ecosystem tools
Excellent communication and enablement skills
Relationship-first mindset with external partners
