Bayshore HealthCare in Pembroke, Ontario seeks an Area Director for government-funded branches to oversee branch operations and lead key initiatives in business development, HR, budgeting, and quality management. This is an in-office role focused on growth, compliance, and client care.
You will guide HR, finance, quality, and information systems, while ensuring adherence to provincial and federal regulations and Bayshore standards. Travel within jurisdiction may be required.
