Qualifications

Required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered

  Practical Nurse (RPN) active with CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario)

• Certificate of Qualification/ Interim

  Certificate of Qualification (must be in good standing) from the Ontario

  College of Teachers

Desired:

• Adult and Continuing Education

  Experience

• Senior Basic Qualifications, Tech

  Qualifications

• Experience teaching on Desiree2Learn

  (D2L) platform as the course is run on D2L with adult students attending

  in person, on-line, and/or asynchronously

The successful

applicant should have teachable(s) and teaching experience in the subject

area(s) or deemed capable per the definition in the OECTA Secondary Agreement.

Rate of Pay:

• Will be paid according to the

  Continuing Education hourly rate, $57.84/hour, as per the current

  collective agreement for each designated day of the program.

Job

• Port

  Perry and Beaverton PSW programs are delivered in a hybrid format with some

  instructional days in person and the remainder delivered online (both

  synchronously and asynchronously).

• Ajax

  PSW program is delivered in-person.

• Please
