My name is Caroline, and I'm a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll.

I am looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for my client in the manufacturing sector. This is a temporary position on the South Shore.
Mission - Ensure that invoices are coded, validated, and entered in accordance with accounting policies;

• Make payments to suppliers within the agreed-upon timeframes;
• Process expense accounts and credit card transactions;
• Monitor supplier account statements and resolve discrepancies;
• Verify the application of taxes and eligibility for tax credits (CTI/RTI);
• Help improve accounts payable processes.

Your profile - DEC in accounting, administration, or a related field;

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar role;
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxes (GST/QST);
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (a plus);
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
