Restaurant General Manager (Jollibee Toronto Centerpoint Mall)

Job Responsibility:

Honeybee Foods Corporation dba Jollibee Canada is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in our Jollibee Toronto Centerpoint Mall restaurant!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, food production and customer service.
• Hire, train and manage staff members to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze financial data, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the store P&L.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory, labor and operational data.

Requirements

• Completed at least a High School education
• Must have at least 3 years of solid experience as a Restaurant General Manager/Restaurant Manager in a high-volume Quick-Service or Fast Casual restaurant
• Must have at least 3 years of P&L management and analysis experience
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the implementation of quality and service standards (e.g. food quality and safety, customer service and sanitation)
• Must be able to work in varying work schedules including some weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Must be able to train in our Jollibee Promenade location for approximately 6 months in duration.

Pay: $61,500.00-$63,175.00 per year
