Head Cashier

Within your team, your essential role will be:

• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources of the cashier's department;
• see to the constant improvement of customer service;
• ensure that the department is clean and maintains an attractive image;
• maintain an adequate level of inventory;
• supervise the work of the personnel under your supervision and see to task distribution;
• see to the training of employees under your supervision;
• perform all tasks related to balancing cash registers.
